"In 2023, the Carrau family took over the Gailhou-Durdos house in the heart of the Hautes-Pyrénées, where they have been working for more than forty years. They now master the entire sector, from their meadows to customers' plates, perpetuating the know-how previous generations. Their shops highlight preparations based on duck, foie gras, cassoulet, candied muffins, garbure and rillettes. They also offer dishes in jars with other meats from their farm, such as veal blanquette and Gascon stew. You will also find items from other local producers such as honey, wine, spirits, biscuits and confectionery. A local and short-circuit choice for customers."
