* Scope and opposability of the general conditions of sale
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Etablissements Gailhou Durdos and its customers on the site www.gailhou-durdos.fr. Buying our products implies full and unreserved acceptance by the buyer of the general conditions of sale. Any order at the Gailhou Durdos online store therefore implies acceptance of the GCS.
- The fact that our company does not avail itself at a given time of one of the clauses of the GCS cannot be interpreted as a waiver, by our company, to avail itself subsequently of any of the said clauses. Similarly, any condition, contrary to these general conditions of sale, requested by the buyer and not accepted by our company is unenforceable against us.

By clicking on the "order" button in your basket and by validating the ordering process, you declare that you fully and unreservedly accept your order as well as these general conditions of sale.
By validating your order, you declare that you recognize that it is an order with an obligation to pay.
Methods of payment :
We guarantee you a secure payment method linked to a bank. It assures you total confidentiality and all the security that you are entitled to demand.
-Payment by credit card (cards with the CB symbol, cards bearing the VISA or EUROCARD or MASTERCARD brand accepted in France, cards issued within the framework of international networks, approved by the GIE Cartes Bancaires) Validation of the order by means of the credit card number and the expiry date constitutes a mandate to pay the price, all taxes included, of the order.
- Payments by bank or postal check must be made out to "Gailhou Durdos" and sent to:

The order will only be delivered upon receipt of the check and after validation of the means of payment.
* Product quality guarantees
Conditioning
All the preserves on sale in our online store are offered in cans or jars and the fresh and semi-cooked vacuum-packed products
Conservation
All our preserves are guaranteed for 1 year (date of purchase). During this period, any defective box will be exchanged upon return of it. It is recommended to store them in a cool and dry place, not exceeding 10°C and to avoid any change in temperature. Do not exceed the expiry date indicated on the lid. Our range of fresh and semi-cooked products should be stored in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°C within the limit of the date stamped on the product.
Prices and currencies :
- The prices of the products, on the site of the online store, are expressed in euros including tax and are exclusive of delivery costs and customs fees, in France and abroad
- VAT applied:
Shipping to France: VAT applied = 5.5% (Reduced rate for food products) and 20% for wine, alcohol or parcels containing it. For any gift shipment paid in France: invoicing including tax.
Shipping to a country in the European Union:
For any shipment to the billing address:
- if the recipient of the shipment is subject to VAT in the country of destination: the invoicing will be exempt from tax after verification of the identification number.
- if the recipient is not subject to VAT: the invoicing will be done with French VAT included.
Prices are subject to stock on order, and the legal rate of VAT in force.
*. Terms of delivery
Delivery to a relay point (mondialrelay): package 13.90 euros .
( excluding fresh produce, terrines, alcohol and wine ) - deadline 10 days.
Home delivery: carriage paid for all orders equal to or greater than 250.00 Euro,
in metropolitan France and being the subject of a single shipment.
- For wines, spirits and charcuterie: a participation fee will be charged.
- To calculate the approximate weight of your package, increase the net weight by 50%.
- For fresh products: additional transport.

by shipment BY CHRONOPOST.
The customer undertakes to indicate in his order an address to which the delivery can be made during working hours (address belonging to the geographical areas defined in the delivery conditions). The information provided must be sufficient to ensure receipt of the product by the buyer (full address, road number, door code, if any, postal code, telephone number). Otherwise, the company cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the goods.
In the event of the customer's absence at the time of delivery, the carrier will file a transit advice note indicating the procedure to follow.
All deliveries must be checked in the presence of the carrier and any damage reported on the carrier's slip.
Transfer of risk
The goods traveling at the risks and perils of the recipients, it is VERY IMPORTANT to check the quantity (unit and weight) and the quality (the state) of the package upon receipt, in the presence of the delivery person. The consignee or receiver must indicate on the slip to be signed written, precise and detailed reservations concerning the broken or damaged goods in order to benefit from its replacement or reimbursement.
Without finding on the slip, the carrier declines all responsibility. Consequently, no replacement can be made and the company cannot then be held responsible.
Carriers
Regarding the delivery of goods, different modes of transport are possible:
> Metropolitan France: delivery by tracked colissimo (post), express to home (Chronopost) or parcel relay (Mondialrelay).
3.1. Delivery in metropolitan France
Deliveries are made by road or postal transport.
Fresh and semi-cooked products are only intended for deliveries in mainland France.
For any order containing at least one fresh or semi-cooked product, delivery must be made by Chronopost express transport .. The delivery day will be agreed with the customer before departure of the goods. Delivery from Tuesday to Thursday: at home (between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.).

Maison Gailhou Durdos undertakes to ship the products within 7 working days of order confirmation.
Deliveries are made according to availability and in the order of arrival of orders. The seller is authorized to make deliveries in whole or in part.
